As a third-generation Nevada County native, real estate has always been personal. I became a licensed Realtor at 19 and was voted Rookie of the Year. By age 20 I was a Top Realtor, homeowner, and mother.
For more than 25 years, I’ve been immersed in every side of real estate—representing clients and personally investing in everything from single-family homes and multi-units to Airbnb’s, flips and 30+ acre properties. I know the highs, lows, and lessons that come with each decision because I’ve lived them as a single mom—and that perspective helps me guide my clients with insight and strategy that goes far beyond the transaction.
Along the way, I earned a Bachelor’s in Community Development and a Master’s Degree and founded a national nonprofit now serving youth across multiple states, and built a career centered on connection, clarity, and impact.
